Guidelines for the Academic Classes  

Parents’ Responsibility:

* Supervise accounts for children below 13.

* Ensure your child completes homework and sends it before the next class.

Class Timings & Attendance:

* Join classes on time. If more than 10 minutes late, the class will be considered taken.

* Inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

* In case of medical emergencies, prior notice is not required.

* Rescheduling helps other children who need extra classes.

Medical Absence:

* Reschedule within the same month.

* Available only on Sundays between 5 PM – 9 PM.

Payment:

* Each class lasts 50 minutes, with the last 10 minutes for clearing doubts.

* Monthly fees are due by the 3rd of every month.

* Payment modes: GPay / PhonePe.

* Please send a payment screenshot for reference.

Video During Class:

* Due to having a small baby, video may not be on. Occasional baby cries may happen; kindly understand.

Support:

* Missed classes: notes and exercises will be shared.

* Summary of the previous session will be provided; full session will not be repeated.
